Guestrooms & Suites : The Royal Palm Hotel offers 57 junior suites and 27 suites, all are a perfect blend of European comfort anf tropical elegance.
All junior suites and suites are sea facing and they are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, private balcony or terrace, satellite TV, Radio, international direct dial telephone with lines for fax and email, safe, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, walk-in dressing room and en-suite bathroom with separate shower and toilet, hairdryer and bathrobes. - The Junior Suites feature a king size bed and lounge area whichonto a private terrace or balcony. They are all sea facing, located on the ground or first floor and they have a size of approximately 55 squaremetres plus terrace/balcony of 8 squaremetres. The tasteful décor made up of touches from India and Asia complement the luxurious bathrooms, which include marble basin tops with large mirrors, spacious shower, separate bathtub and walk-in dressing room.
- The Tropical Suites are all located on the first floor and feature stunning beach views and their own stairway giving direct access to the beach. They are approximately 70 squaremetres plus terrace/balcony of 15 squaremetres and they are furnished with colonial antiques. The bedroom onto the living area, and has an additional desk area. This suites offer a separate guest toilet.
- The Palm Suites are larger but similar in design to the tropical suite but located only on the ground floor level. They are approximately 85 squaremetres plus terrace of 21 squaremetres and they have double access with entry from the rear corridor or via the terrace to the beach. They also have an additional sitting room area, a guest toilet and a beautifully appointed bathroom featuring a marble shower cubicle, bath and walk-in dressing room .
- The Garden Suites are located on the ground floor level facing the sea and consist of two rooms. The first room is a large and very spacious bedroom with ensuite bathroom and living room, which out onto the terrace. The second room is a smaller room, ideal for children, and is equipped with private shower and toilet. Garden Suites have a size of approximately 115 squaremetres plus a terrace of 25 squaremetres.
- The exclusive Penthouse Suite is situated on the second floor and consists of one luxurious bedroom with dressing room, a splendid bathroom equipped with dome lights and a huge living room which overlooks the balcony, providing magnificent views onto the sea. The Penthouse has a size of approximately 103 squaremetres plus a balcony of 74 squaremetres.
- The Senior Suites are located on the ground and first floors with direct access to the beach. They have a size of approximately 103 squaremetres plus a terrace / balcony of 25 squaremetres and feature two bedrooms and an elegantly appointed living/dining area, which onto the terrace. The master bedroom is equipped with a spacious en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi while the smaller room for a child has a separate toilet and shower.
- The three luxurious Presidential Suites are superbly located on the second floor providing spectacular ocean views. They have a size of approximately 178 squaremetres plus a huge balcony of 86 squaremetres and comprise two large bedrooms located on either side of the spaciousplan living room. Both bedrooms are similar in design and dimensions and equipped with superb bathrooms with dome lights. The balcony offers some of the most breathtaking views on the island.
- The exclusive Royal Suite incorporates an amazing 280 square metres and features it’s own plunge pool with wooden decking, gazebo area and direct access to the beach. This exclusive Suite is made up of two levels (ground and first floor) with a private hammam located on the mezzanine level. Spaciousplan living has been created with high ceilings, wooden floors, and exquisite furnishings of fine and rare furniture and ornaments. There are two spacious bedrooms, a living room, dining and office corner and a separate entrance for the room valet. The Royal Suite also connects to a Senior Suite to allow an additional suite option.
Cuisine & Cocktails : Gourmet restaurants of the Royal Palm Hotel offer an exquisite variety of European, Chinese, Indian and Creole cuisine. - La Goelette is the main restaurant and serves gourmet Créole and international dishes from an à la carte menu. La Goelette isfor breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a prime location overlooking the lagoon from a wide terrace. The restaurant is renowned as one of the best places to dine on the island.
- Le Restaurant de Plage is the beach restaurant and offers informal dining for lunch. Guests can enjoy sumptuous delights served beneath the shade of a magnificent Badamier tree with striking views of the ocean. The Bar Terrace offers panoramic view of the ocean.
- The intimate restaurant Natureaty is the restaurant of the Spa by Clarins, which provides fresh and healthy cuisine complemented by a variety of herbal or infused teas and other natural specialities. The restaurant is situated by the spa pool and waterfall and offers a unique and dining experience under the Mauritian stars.
Leisure & Wellness : The Royal Palm Hotel boasts ocean and pool swimming, waterskiing, windsurfing, speed-boat and deap sea fishing, sailing, snorkelling, scuba diving, three tennis courts, squash and table tennis.
Guests of the Royal Palm are invited to use the 9-hole golf facilities at the Trou aux Biches Hotel (approximately 20 minutes drive) or the spectacular 18 hole championship course at the Paradis hotel (approximately 1/1/2 hrs drive). A minimal green fee is applicable.
The Spa Club offers sauna, steam bath, balneotherapy, fitness centre, hairdresser and beauty care.
The Royal Palm is family friendly and caters for all clients including children. A free Bob Marlin Mini Club is offered for children 3-12 years. For those under 3 years, baby sitting services are available at very competitive rates.
