The Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc, built in the year 1870 in the elegant fashion of this era, is secludedly in 25 acres of beautiful gardens and woodland with breathtaking view of the sea and the Lerins Islands at the tip of the Cap d'Antibes peninsula, covered with maritime pines, surrounded by the deep blue Mediterranean, apart from the bustle of the surrounding cities, this is probably one of the most wonderful places in the French Riviera. Accommodation features : The hotel is composed of three different buildings: the original main wing, Hotel du Cap, which houses all types of accommodations; the adjoining Residence Les Deux Fontaines, with double and single rooms only; and the Eden Roc wing, directly upon the rocky coastline, fitted with junior suites and a deluxe suite, all with private terrace. Over half of the apartments in the establishment are luxury suites or large deluxe rooms with sitting area, all most tastefully decorated in the traditional French country style and air-conditioning, and all rooms offer hairdryer, telephone and televiosion.
Dining : Eden-Roc, situated directly upon the rocky coastline with breathtaking view of the Mediterranean and the Lerins Islands, offers an ideal location for the hotel's internationally reknowned restaurant with terrace, as well as a chic and relaxing bar.
Sports and Wellness : A private landing pier is available to allow those arriving by yacht to safety anchor at Eden Roc (exept during strong winds). It is also the ideal site as a base for sea-bathing, diving, waterskiing, windsurfing or deep sea fishing. A stunning seawater swimmimg pool, directly cut into the edge of the rocky coastline and adjacent terraces for sun-bathing. Seaside Cabanas are available to rent for the hotel's residents. These are located in a very calm part of the grounds, with easy access to the seashore, and with staff present all day, ready to help when needed, or provide refreshments. Each cabana has sundecks, deckchairs, parasols, table and chairs and telephone. A fitness club is situated in a very pleasant spot of the park of the hotel, and offers sauna, bio-sauna, massage and hairdresser.
