Accommodation features: The Dalhousie Castle offer 27 Caste bedrooms and5 Lodge bedrooms, in the 100 years old lodge, now brought back into the Estate, and built in the original Castle Quarry, and it is just two minutes walk from the castle.
The 27 beautiful styled bedroomd at the castle have emerged after extensive renovation. Decorated in traditional style fabrics of soft fawn, patterned with blue and green fleur de lys. Period style furniture, rugs and carpets all blend to create a rich, warm and luxurious environment. Although brimming with antique style each of the 27 distinctively furnished bedrooms feature elegant en-suite bathrooms, delightful views and every 20th century comfort. All guetsrooms and suites are equipped with direct dial telephone, radio, satellite TV, hairdreyer, trouser press and tea and coffee making facilities.
Dining: Dining in the Dungeon Restaurant at the castle is a unique experience. The ancient barrel-vaulted Dungeons provide an unusual setting to enjoy the fine Scottish and classical French castle cuisine, complemented by an interesting selection of wines and unrivalled quality of friendly and professional service. A more relaxed alternative to the Dungeon Restaurant is the Orangerie, overlooking the meandering South Esk River and the tranquil scenic parkland with Scottish and European dishes.
