Portugal shares the Iberian peninsular with Spain. It has fine beaches, beautiful castles, charming fishing villages, well-maintained hotels, excellent restaurants and colourful folk tradition. Towards the north, the character is more Celtic, while in the south, Moorish ancestry is apparent. The main tourist attractions are in the capital of Lisbon and Estoril on the west coast and the Algarve to the south.
The Algarve is located to the south of Portugal on the south-west tip of Europe and it is one of Europe's sunniest spot, a unique jewel where the finest beaches and weather on the continent meet traditional historic Portugal.
Armacao de Pêra was originally a small fishing village where tuna used to be caught and brought up onto "Fisherman’s Beach". The net that the fishermen used to catch the Tuna in was called "Armação" and as it is very close to "Pêra", the village was named Armaçao de Pêra. The resort boasts one of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve with pretty coves around the coastline and there are an excellent choice of Fish Restaurants, especially in the "Fisherman’s Beach" area of the town. It is a great place for a relaxing holiday and has that certain something about it that you will really love. The beach of Armação de Pêra is perfect for children as it is very calm and the slope is gradual, and in the daytime the Fishermen will take holidaymakers for a trip along the coastline where you can see the fascinating rock formations, caves and grottos. Also in the area there is the tiny Romanesque Chapel of "Senhora da Rocha" (Our Lady of the Rocks) which is where fishermen used to pray before setting off for a nights fishing. This is apparently the area where there was a vision of the Virgin Mary.

Guestrooms & Suites : Vila Vita Parc features 88 luxurious guestrooms and 97 suites with beautiful sea or garden view. Vila Vita Parc is unique in so far as the accommodation and facilities are housed in various dwellings that make up the whole enchanting complex, as well as the Hotel, Residence, Oasis Parc, the two-luxury Villas - Vila Praia and Vila Trevo, the two-floor Vista Parc apartment-suites just outside the resort boundaries, there is the opulent Vila Vita Vital that houses the unique spa Vila Vita Vital and some suites.
All guestrooms and suites feature elegant décor and they are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, radio, writing desk, direct dial telephone, computer dataport, minibar, safe and bathroom with bathtub/shower, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers and toiletries.
The Hotel Main Building blends harmoniously into the original landscape. From the spacious balconies and terraces of the 61 deluxe double rooms and 12 suites you may enjoy a panoramic view over the lush green gardens or of the Atlantic Ocean.

The Deluxe Rooms have a size of 35 squaremetres and they offer a sleeping and living area in one room, separated by two steps. These rooms are equipped with a large doublebed, sofabed, table and armchairs, balcony with table, armchairs and 2 sun loungers and bathroom with toilet separated by a sliding door.
The Deluxe Seaview Rooms, with view of the Atlantic Ocean, have a size of 35 squaremetres and they offer a sleeping and living area in one room, separated by two steps. These rooms are equipped with a large double bed, sofabed, table and armchairs, balcony with table, armchairs and 2 sun loungers and bathroom with toilet separated by a sliding door.
The Junior Suites have a size of 42 squaremetres and they offer a spacious living room and bedroom in one. The living area is equipped with sofabed, a small table, armchairs, dining area with table and chairs and terrace. The bedroom area is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobes with interior lighting and safe.
The Grand Suites have a size of 65 squaremetres. A connecting door separates living room and bedroom, each having an own entrance. The bedroom feature satellite TV, king-size bed, separated bath and toilet, dressing room, living room with couch and sofa bed, armchairs, table, dining area with table and chairs, guesttoilet and terrace with wicker chairs and table. These suites offer garden or sea views.
The Presidential Suites have a size of 103 squaremetres and they feature a small entrance hall with resting area, spacious dressing room with wardrobes, separated small bathroom with toilet, large living room (50 squaremetres) with exclusive seating furniture,fireplace, large davenport with lamp, fax machine and round table with six chairs, separate kitchen and a very large balcony with sun loungers, garden furniture and some plants. The separate bedroom offer a king-size bed, satellite TV, large bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

The Residence, a mansion style building with 26 guestrooms and 3 suites, is situated on a privileged cliff-top location. The ample entrance hall and the carefully tended lawn areas create a propitious atmosphere for peace and tranquillity.

The Maisonette Suites have a size of 48 squaremetres and consist of two floors, being connected by stairs and offer direct sea view. On the lower level there are shower and toilett, living room with sofabed, table, armchairs, satellite TV and terrace with table and chairs. The upper level features a bedroom with king-size bed, separated bath and toilet, safe, desk, chair and balcony with with table, chairs and two sun loungers.

The Oasis Parc boasts white washed Moorish style villas, each includes a junior suite in the ground floor, for up to two people, and a family suite for up to four people.

The Junior Suites have a size of 42 squaremetres and each junior suite feature a large room with king-size bed, sofabed, table, armchairs, fireplace, desk, dining table with chairs, and a terrace with table, two chairs and two sun loungers. These junior suites offer garden or sea view.
The Family Suites have a size of 55 squaremetres and each Family Suite feature a large room with a double bed, dining table with chairs, desk, bath and toilet, an extra bedroom with king-size bed and balcony with table, two chairs and two sun loungers. The Family Suites offer garden or sea view. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 3 children.

Villa Praia is located right above the cliffs and offers a fantastic view over the Atlantic Ocean. It has an own swimming pool with sun loungers and sunshades. Further, the villa has a spacious park directly in front of it. Vila Praia includes 4 suites.

The Presidential Suite 730 has a size of 70 squaremetres and is located on the ground floor. This suite feauture a large bedroom (approx. 21 sqm), a bathroom with tub and extra shoer, a large living room (approx. 32 sqm), additional bathroom, a common foyer with extra toilet, a small corridor and terrace with sun loungers, sunshade and garden furniture.
The Presidential Suite 732 has a size of 86 squaremetre and is located on the ground floor. This suite feature a living room (approx. 48 sqm), bathroom, bedroom, entrance hall, corridor, common foyer with extra toilet and terrace with with sun loungers, sunshade and garden furniture.
The Junior Suite 733 has a size of 53 squaremetres and is located on the ground floor with view of the Atlantic Ocean. This junior suite offers a bathroom, a bedroom, a dressing room and a terrace with sun loungers, sunshade and garden furniture.
The Junior Suite 734 has a size of 53 squaremetres and is located on the first floor with sea view. This suite has a separate entrance. This large room offers a double bed, two couches, table, armchairs, dining table with chairs, large bathroom, toilet, extra shower and balcony. This suite has no direct access to the terrace or the pool.

Villa Trevo is located right above the cliffs and has direct sea view. It has an own swimming pool with sun loungers and sunshades. And, there is a spacious park in front of the villa. Vila Trevo includes 4 suites. One single family may book the whole villa also, since there are connecting corridor doors to all suites.

The Presidential Suite 720 has a size of 96 squaremetres and is located on the ground floor. This suite offers a large room (approx. 67 squaremetre) with living and dining area on two levels, fireplace, direct access to the park, corridor with toilet, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with connecting door to bedroom and corridor, separate bedroom and large terrace with sin loungers, sunshades and garden furniture. The furnishings are very exclusive in warm colours, antiquities and flower decoration. This suite has a connecting corridor to suite 721.
The Suite 721 has a size of 63 squaremetres and is located on the ground floor. This suite features a living room (approx. 34 sqm), a bathroom and extra toilet, a separate bedroom, entrance hall, corridor and terrace.
The Presidential Suite 722 has a size of 79 squaremetre and is located on the first floor. This suite offer a living room (approx. 48 sqm), a bathroom, a separate bedroom, a kitchen, an additional bathroom and a large balcony with garden furniture.
The Suite 723 has a size of 46 squaremetres and is located on the first floor. This suite offers a living room (approx. 22 sqm), a bathroom, a bedroom and balcony with garden furniture.

The Vista Parc is located outside the resort Vila Vita Parc, approx. 7 minutes walk away from the hotel's reception and offer 12 Apartments (2 to 6 people) and 12 Family Suite (4 people).
The Apartments have a size of 150 squaremetres. All apartments have sea view and the same interior decoration and furnishing. Vista Parc's guests enjoy the equivalent service as any guest of the hotel. The apartments are ideally suitable for families with children. On the ground floor is the large living room decorated with a three-seat couch and a two-seat couch, dining table, satellite TV, minibar and kitchen and on the first foor is a large bedroom with double bed, bath/toilet, a second bedroom with two twin beds put together and a sofa bed, shower/toilet, and on the top a large roof terrace.
The Vila Vita Village is located in the northern part of the hotel resort being connected to Vila Vita Parc by a bridge, but also reachable separately. Larger groups, such as incentive groups, companies and associations may book this private resort. Two own conference rooms permit concentrated and disturbance-free working. Vila Vita Village includes 30 homes, it has a heated swimming pool as well as a children's pool, one restaurant, one bar and a children's playground.

Cuisine & Cocktails : It's your choice - sit down and relax in one of the nine restaurants at Vila Vita Parc. When the evening has come and the sun goes down over the Atlantic, the guests may choose between live entertainment on the Piazetta, dancing in the "Nautico Bar" and listening to romantic music at the "Piano Bar" or the "Oasis Bar".

Enjoy the unique and breathtaking view from the Restaurant Atlântico and the terrace over the Atlantic Ocean as well as the exquisite ambience. Relish in the excellent choice of international dishes.
Enjoy the "show cuisine" at the Aladin Grill. Its wide selection of fresh seafood and meat specialities it is one of the best cuisines of the Algarve. In the heart of the restaurant prevails the circulargrilling area. Here you may follow the preparation of grill or seafood dishes by the chefs.
The resort-owned Restaurant "O Prato" offer rustic Portuguese atmosphere only a few minutes drive away from Vila Vita Parc in Porches. Enjoy a broad choice of salads and fresh seafood or more typical dishes such as the Chicken Piri-Piri or 5 different types of Cataplana. Children are also catered for as there is also a small adventure playground.
The Restaurant "The Whale" offers an excellent choice of appetising starters, fish, grills, pastas and home-made wood-fire oven pizzas. In the evenings, you may choose from a varied à la carte international menu, which appeals to adults and children. This is a perfect family restaurant.
The good food lovers may indulge their favourite Italian flavours in the elegant Restaurant Bela Vita, that serves Italian and international specialities for dinner. The menu offers a large selection of home-made pasta dishes and Italian wines. The sumptuous buffet breakfast is also served in this restaurant as well as the weekly Summer Gala dinner.
A true taste of Portugal awaits you at the Restaurant Adega, a typical Algarvian style-eating house where authentic local dishes are served and even the music is national. Choose from specialities such as assorted Portuguese sausages and cheeses, Portuguese wines, tapas, fresh grilled fish and many more delicacies.
The Cave de Vinhos is designed in arched Gothic style, it was built with specially imported bricks from Egypt, Austria and Greece, which are up to 150 Years old. This unique wine cellar is located just under 5 metres underground. The Wine Cellar serves cold snacks, sausage, cheese, olives and other delicacies and the sommeliers professionally give an insight to the world of wine.
The Restaurant Arte Nautico is situated on the Armacao de Pêra beach. A trip to the beach just 2 kilimetres away from Vila Vita Parc, would not be complete without a visit to the rustic beach restaurant.
The small but very elegant Gourmet Restaurant "The Ocean" is located in the Residence with breathtaking views over the wide Atlantic Ocean.
