With a total surface area of 25.460 square kilometers, Sicily is the largest island in the Mediterranean Sea. Around it lies a number of smaller islands: to the north the Aeolian islands and Ustica, to the West the Egadi, and to the south the Pelagie islands and Pantelleria, making a total surface area of 25.708 square kilometers. Sicily boasts around 1.000 kilometers of coastline, mostly rocky in the north and sandy in the south. The landscape is varied, prevalently mountains and hilly, but with an expanse of plains around Catania. In the eastern part of the island Mount Etna, about 3.330 meter, is Sicily's highest mountain, the whole of which is a protected area within a national park. Still active, it is the biggest volcano in Europe.
Surrounded by a magnificent natural 14 hectare park of citrus fruits and olives making it truly unique in the renowned seaside resort Giardini Naxos at the foot of Taormina, lies the Naxos Beach Resort. Accommodation features: The Naxos Beach Resort is made up of a hotel and two bungalow complexes: The four-star Hotel Naxos Beach which has 189 rooms, 19 of them junior suites, all en-suite with bath, every room also has sea view and air-conditioning, telephone, hairdryer, safe and fridge bar. The four-star Naxos Beach Mare which offers accommodation in recently restructured bungalows, with air-conditioning, telephone, shower and hairdryer, satellite TV, safe, fridge bar, balcony or small, equipped terrace – and the three-star Naxos Beach Parco with rooms in maisonettes on the ground and first floors, with air-conditioning, telephone, shower and hairdryer, safe, fridge bar, balcony or small, equipped terrace.
Dining: Various restaurants including one for children are also at guests’ disposal, a truly rich choice to suit everyone’s needs:

• The Oasys Restaurant is reserved for the Hotel Naxos Beach guests****. Situated inside the main building with a view overlooking a vast garden.for breakfast lunch and dinner , with buffet service including drinks (water and house wine).
• The Stella di Mare Restaurant, directly overlooking the beach, offers dishes based on delicious seafood recipes and isfor both lunch and dinner. Guests will be able to dine enjoying full table service, lulled by the sweet breeze of the Sicilian sea.
• The Casa del Massaro Restaurant is located in the garden adjacent to the olympic sized swimming pool. A restaurant serving typical fare in a grand atmosphere with full table service. It isfor dinner and proposes refined candle-lit dining to savour the flavours of local Sicialin cuisine.
• Il Cucciolo Restaurant, in the small Piazza degli Ulivi,is reserved for children aged 4 months up to 3 years of age.for lunch and dinner. The menus and décor have been carefully selected for young diners.

Four bars welcome guests in different points of the Naxos Beach Resort Resort:

• Giardino d'Inverno Bar: Situated near the hotel reception one can sip on a drink in a refined surrounding which in the evenings is enlivened by the sound of a piano.
• Stella di Mare Bar: Situated on the side of the beach, after a long session under the hot Sicilian sun those who wish can partake of a refreshing drink. In the evenings, it’s pleasant after an exhausting day to share a delicious cocktail with friends accompanied by live music from the house band.
• Calypso Bar: Main Ice Cream Bar of the complex located near Piazza degli Ulivi, isall day till late night. It's the meeting place for sport activities and in the evening for shows and entertainment.
• Bar della Piscina: Located near the swimming pool, you can enjoy refreshments and drinks.

Sports and Wellness: Two tennis courts with floot light, 4 outdoor pools and gym with trainer, gold driving range, scuba diving centre inside the village.
