Unique in its style the Hotel Cala Caterina, set like a percius stone between the Mediterranean greenery and the cristal blue of the sea, offers its guests all the charme and magic of the island of Sardinia, of its incontaminated nature, its bright colours, its sharp aromas and soft sounds. The Hotel Cala Caterina is built in local stone in a traditional Mediterranean style with frescoed walls and long shady colonnades, the hotel blends in perfectly with the surroundings natural environment. The Cala Caterina is located just 5 kilometers from the characteristic township of Villasimius and 2 kilometers from the modern, fully equipped tourist marina. Its favourable position makes of the hotel an oasis of peace and quietness amidst Sardinia's island bewitchments and the hotel is reflected in the blue crystal-clear waters around it. A hundred meters from the Hotel Cala Caterins there is a little sandy beach with umbrellas and deck chairs with beach towels, exquisitely set between cliffs and boulders.
Accommodation features: Situated on either the ground floor or first floor, the 48 rooms are all tastefully furnished in elegant pastel shades, with painted wooden furniture and marble topped tables. The rooms all have private bath or shower and are equipped with satellite TV, air-conditioning, direct dial telephone, minibar, safe and hairdryer. There are two types of rooms:

• Classic: garden side, with private terrace or balcony.
• Superior: seaside, with private terrace or balcany.

Room service is available on request and charged extra.
Dining:The Hotel Cala Caterina boasts an elegant restaurant offering a traditional local and international cuisine with a wide selection of wines, a bar and a spacious outside portico facing onto the fully equipped pool and surrounding-garden.
Halfboard basis includes buffet style breakfast and table service dinner. Lunch is on request: guests may choose fram an "à la carte" menu.
Sports and Wellness: Just a short (100 m) through the lovely garden with pine trees and palm-fringed lawns, lies the delightful Cala Caterina beach - a small sandy bay edged with smooth granite rocks. The hotel provides complimentary sun-beds and umbrellas. A spacious outside portico facing onto the fully equipped pool and surrounding garden with sun terraces. There are plenty of sporting activities available nearby, including water sports and boat rental 1 kilometer away, sailing school 2 kilometers away , tennis, diving and horseback riding 3 kilometers away.
It is possible to book naturalistic and archaeological excursions by jeep, boat excursions with snack on board to the nearby islands of Serpentara and Cavoli, both protected marine environments.
