	Hotel & Resort Città del Mare, I-90049 Terrasini, Sicily, Italy. The 3-star Hotel & Resort Città del Mare is a holiday complex near the village of Terrasini, situated in the northern tip of the magnificent Gulf of Castellamare.

Terrasini is located between Palermo and Trapani, 24 kilometers west of Palermo, 32 meters above the sea level in the wide and evocative Gulf of Castellammare, in the past, theatre of historical events and sailed by Greek, Phoenician and Roman vessels. It is a centre of tourism, with a population of about 10.000, which triples in the summer months, not only for the location of the town but also for the hospitality of it's people. Terrasini probably got it's name because of the coast filled with caverns from Latin "terraesinus".
The Hotel & Resort Città del Mare is located amidst an area of approximately 27 hectare grounds, perched on a range of hills with superb views, most beautiful sunsets, mild climate and full of greenery, flowers, birds and exotic plants.
Accommodations: The Hotel & Resort Città del Mare offers 350 comfortable guestrooms, available in two different classes of accomodation:

• Classic Rooms
• Superior Rooms. The Superior guestrooms have all a beautiful sea view and are more comfortably furnished than the Classic roomms.

But all guestrooms have bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, minibar, air-conditioning (June to September), direct dial telephone, satellite TV and balcony or terrace.
Dining: The different restaurants serve an exquisite local and international cuisine. The Hotel-Restaurant is reserved for the guests of the Classic rooms and offers a choise of speciality dishes. "Le Isole", the Club Class Restaurant, offers a variety of buffets hot and cold plus Italian specialities and children menus. "The Grill" with sociable atmosphere serves grilled meat and fish. Free water and local wine to the meals.
Sports and Wellness: Swimming in the Olympic pool, Lago dei Fiori, rocky beach, sandy beach, located 5 minutes from the hotel, easily accessible by a free shuttle service and the famous Toboggan with three sets of chutes, leading to pools sea. 5 tennis courts, sauna, massage, waterskiing, windsurfing, sailing, scuba diving, canouing, snorkeling. Minigolf, boccia, football, basketball, table tennis, fitness trail.
Additional features: The Hotel & Resort Città del Mare boasts five meeting and banquet rooms for 50 to 1,000 persons. The largest room has 450 seats. Business centre. Car rental. Car park.
