The Poinciana Terrace on the water's edge, is the place to be for al fresco luncheon or romantic candlelight dinners under the stars. In winter, breakfast and lunch are still enjoyed on the terrace but dinner is a grand occasion in the magnificent Wellington Room.
If you wish to have breakfast in your room or boxed lunches to take out, please place your order with the Maitre d'Hôtel or the Front Desk the previous night. Please advise the Front Desk if you expect guests for dinner.
"Dine Around" for a MAP(modifies American Plan = Half-board) guest is possible at Horizons & Cottages and The Coral Beach & Tennis Club on an availability basis.

Other Facilites : The Alfred Blackburn Smith (ABS) Suite is a sumptuously appointed private salon which can accommodate board meetings, seminars, or forum groups. The room is computer-compatible, has fax and phone service, presentation equipment including TV and VCR, as well as a private bar, kitchen and bathroom. Secretarial services on hand and all business needs can be accommodated when booking the suite. It has the versatility to be turned form a meeting room into a private dining room for elegant lunch or dinner parties or formal cocktail receptions. With fine antique furniture, elaborate soft furnishings and baronial decor, the ABS offers guests the chance to entertain in total privacy yet in the style of a grand country house.
