- The Two-Bedroom Suites have a size of 59 squaremetres (635 square feet). These suites consist of two bedrooms, the master bedroom offer one king-size bed and the second bedroom two twin-size beds, and an adjacent parlour with a sofabed. - The Honeymoon Suites are located on two levels connected by a staircase and they offer view of the surrounded mountains. These suites are differnet in size and they are equipped with one queen-size bed.
- The unique Presidential Suite has a size 93 squaremetres (1,001 square feet) and is elegantly and luxuriously decoarted. This site offers breathtaking 360 degree panoramic view of the Bow River Valley and the Spray and consist of a bedroom with one canopy king-size bed, a living room with a queen-size sofa bed, grand piano,fireplace and library area, a pantry and a guest bathroom. The master bathroom is equipped with whirlpool bathtub and separate shower. The Presidential Suite can be connected with the seven Deluxe rooms.

- The Waldhaus is a cottage in Bavarian style and located on the edge of the Spray river and the Golf Course and the "House in Forest" was the former Banff Springs Clubhouse. This rustic restaurant is decorated with rich dark wood panelling and a largefirreplace and the design reflects to an old hunting cottage.
