Jasper is a small and idyllic village within the Jasper National Park in the Canadian province Alberta in the Canadian Rocky mountains. Jasper offers stunning surroundings with majestic forests, shimmering mountain glaciers and emerald green glittering mountain lakes. The Jasper National Park is located on a plateau on 1,062 metres above sea level in the Athabasca Valley surrounded by cristal clear mountain lakes, thundering waterfalls, evergreen forests, snow-caped mountain peaks and deep canyons and is the home of black and grizzly bears, elks, mountain caribou and wolves.
The luxurious and elegant Fairmont Hotel Jaspers Park Lodge is situated on the shores of the beautiful Lake Beauvert in the Canadian Rocky Mountains surrounded by glittering alpine lakes and snow-caped mountain peaks and offers rustic elegance and charming cabins. Guests can enjoy tranquility, peace and natural beauty. The history of Jasper Park Loodge began in the year 1915 in association the Grand Truck Pacific Railway. In 1922 eight bungalows were built for guests and some of these original magnificent lodges still stand today. The first main building was built 1923 and it was destroyed by fire in 1952. In the following year the new main building fo Jasper Park Lodge has been completed. The world-famous golf course was designed by the master architect Stanley Thompson in the 1920s.

Guestrooms & Suites : The Fairmont Hotel Jasper Park Lodge was built like a village of heritage log cabins and cedar chalets connected by idyllic paths and offers 446 elegantly and comfortably appointed guestrooms, suites and romantic cabins. All rooms offer stunning views either of the emerald green Lake Beauvert or the majestic mountains.
All guestrooms, suites and cottages are equipped with ceiling fan or electric fan, cable TV, alarm clock-radio, direct dial telephone with voicemail, computer dataport, iron with ironing board, coffee and tee making facilities, minibar and private bathroom with bathtub or shower, hairdryer and bathrobes.
- The Fairmont Rooms have a size of 23 to 26 squaremetres (250 to 275 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, two double beds or two twin-size beds. These cosy rooms are decorated in a charming country style and they are located in the main building or throughout the property in the second, third and fourth rows of the Lake Beauvert. The Fairmont Rooms offer a patio or a balcony with cabin view. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub or shower.
- The Deluxe Rooms have a size of 30 to 35 squaremetres (325 to 375 square feet) and they are equipped either with one queen-size bed or two double beds. These rooms offer a balcony or a patio and they are situated in the main building or thoughout the property in the second, third and fourth rows from the Lake Beauvert with cabin view.
- The Deluxe Rooms with Sitting Area have a size of 35 squaremetres (375 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king-size bed and a pullout sofa or two twin-size beds. These rooms are located adjoining to the Jjunior Suites Lakeviews and they offer a sitting area and partial view of Lake Beauvert.
- The Junior Suites have a size of 39 squaremetres (425 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king-size bed, a sitting area with pullout couch and wood-burning oven or two double beds, a sitting area with sofa and fireplace. These elegantly appointed Junior suites arelocated throughout the property with views of cabins.
- The Junior Suites Lakeview have a size of 39 squaremetres (425 square feet) and they are equipped either with one king-size bed and one sofa bed or two double beds. These Junior suites are elegantly decorated in a charming country style and they offer a sitting area and view of the Lake Beauvert.
- The Junior Suites with Jacuzzi have a size 42 squaremetres (450 square feet) and they are located in the historic "Grant House" with cabin view. The bedroom is equipped with one king-size bed and armoire with television and the parlour offers a fireplace, a coffee table, a pullout sofa and a second armoire with television. The bathroom is equipped with a one-person Jacuzzi bathtub.
- The Lakefront Suites have a size of 51 squaremetres (545 square feet) and they are situated adjoining to the 18th fairway of the Jasper Park Lodge Golf Course and on the shores of Lake Beauvert. These elegantly and luxuriously decorated suites consist of a bedroom equipped with an armoire with television and either one king-size bed or two double beds, a living room with a second television, a pullout sofa and a fireplace and a foyer with compact fridge and microwave. A glass door leads on the the terrace or the balcony with stunning views of the emerald-green waters of Lake beauvert. The spacious bathroom offers a bathtub and separate shower stall.
- The Athabasca Cottage has a size of 46 squaremetres (495 square feet) and is idaelly for anniversaries and honeymoons. This secluded suite consist of a bedtroom with one queen-size bed, a living room with wood-burning fireplace and a bathroom with whirlpool bathtub.
- The three lakefront Whistler Cabins have a size of 105 squaremetres (1,135 square feet) and they offers stunning views of the Lake Beauvert. These cabins consist of two bedroom, one with a kong-size bed and the other with two double beds, and each with a sitting area and private bathroom, and a living area with stone fireplace, kitchenette with microwave, small fridge and sink.
- The Viewpoint Cabin has a size of 428 squaremetres (4,605 square feet) and is reminiscent on a lovely summer cottage. This cabin consist of three bedroom, two of the bedrooms offer a king-size bed and the third bedroom a two twin-size beds, a living room with stone fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen, an enclosed veranda as well as a change area and sauna adjoining to the games room.
- The Gradener's Cottage has a size of 263 squaremetres (2,831 square feet) andd in the summer 1998. This cottage offer mountain view and consist of four bedrooms with private bathrooms, spacious living room with dinning area and two fireplaces and a kitchen. In the basement there is one of the bedrooms, equipped with two twin-size beds, a sunken sitting room and a pool table. Each of the three bedrooms in the main floor are equipped with one queen-size bed.
- The Stanley Thompson Cabin has a size of 346 squaremetres (3,725 square feet) and is situated next to the Milligan Manor House on the first fairway of the Jasper Park Lodge Golf Course with beautiful view of the golf course. This wonderful cabin consist of five bedrooms, and a living room with dining area and stone fireplace. Each of the bedrooms offer an own bathroom, three of these bathrooms are equipped with a whirlpool bathtub. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with one king-size beds, one offer a double bed and one of the bedrooms has two twin-size beds.
- The Point Cabin has a size of 473 squaremetres (5,090 square feet) and is located on the shore of Lake Beauvert. This cabin was built in the year 1928 and consist of five bedrooms, a living room with stone fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with one king-size bed and the other bedrooms with two twin-size beds. This cabin has a great history, it welcomed Robert Mitchun and Marilyn Monroe during the filming of "River of NO Return".
- The Milligan Manor has a size of 657 squaremetres (7,075 square feet) and is situated on the fairway of the Jasper Park Lodge Golf Course. The Milligan Manor offers eight bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and an own entrance, and a spacious living room with dining area and a kitchen. Four bedrooms are equipped with one king-size bed, two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and two bedrooms with two double bed each.
- The Outlook Cabin has a size of 557 squaremetres (6,000 square feet) and offers stunning view of Lake Beauvert. This cabin was rebuilt in the year 2001 after floor plans of the original cabin of 1930 and welcomed many famous guests, like King George VI and Queen Elizabeth in 1939. This cabin is located next to the Point Cabin and consist of six bedrooms, a spacious living room with dining area and kitchen. Four bedrooms are equipped with one king-size bed amd two bedrooms offer two double beds.

- The Tent City Sport Lounge is located on the promenade level and offers creative dishes, hot and cold beverages and finest single malt Scotches. Guests can enjoy great sporting events on giant screen, dart boards and pool tables in a authentic pub ambience.
