All guestrooms and suites are equipped with air conditioning, cable/satellite TV, radio with alarm clock, large working desk with halogen desk lamp, computer dataport, internet access, direct dial telephone with voicemail, iron with ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities, minibar and bathroom with bathtub/shower, hairdryer, bathrobe and bathroom amenities.
The Fairmont Gold is an exclusive "hotel within a hote" and situated on the ninth floor of the hotel. Guests can enjoy an atmosphere of privacy with concierge servce and a check-in desk, a boardroom for up to ten persons is available and the excluve lounge area offers complinmentary breakfast, coffee, cafe au lait and tea throughout the day as well as canapees at cocktail hour.

This suite is decorated in a masculine decor and consists of one bedroom with one king-size bed, two sitting area with ornamental fireplace and a dining table for up to four persons.
This suite is also availble with two bedrooms, equipped with one king-size bed and one queen-size bed.
- The luxurious and elegant Fairmont Gold 909 Suite has a size of 163 squaremetres (1,750 square feet) and offers beautiful views of the city.
