- The Deluxe Rooms have a size of 45 squaremetres (500 square feet) and they are equipped with a king-size bed, a queen-size bed or two double beds. Deluxe rooms are largerconcept rooms, with a sitting area as well as a sleeping area. All are located below the 12th floor, and both smoking and non-smoking Deluxe rooms are available. - The One-Bedroom Suites have a size of 46 to 58 squaremetres (490 to 620 square feet) and they offer views of the city of Toronto. These suites consist of a bedroom, equipped either with one king-size bed or one queen-size bed and a single door leads to the living room with a sofa bed. Both areas offer a separate entrance from the hallway.
