Although all 75 rooms including 10 ocean view pool suites and 4 garden view pool suites, are distinctly West Indian-style, nestled in 15 acres of lush tropical gardens, each has European comfort with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, direct-dial telephone, VCR player, satellite TV, mini-bar, safe, hair dryer, and either a terrace or a patio. The accommodations, most with ocean views, are either decorated with traditional Gustavia furniture and pastel tones, or with contemporary darkwood pieces and strong colors. Most suites have private swimming pools.
Dining :
Two restaurants offer superb continental cuisine with impeccable service: The "Bartolomeo", for elegant Mediterranean dining serves French gourmet cuisine and offers a wines list with over 200 selections. In the "Bartolomeo" piano bar -located in a tropical garden's centre- entertains the world pianist "Charles Darden".
"L'Indigo", located between two beaches overlooking the ocean, serves for poolside breakfast buffets and offers for the lunch freshness cooking, compound of various salad, grilled lobster and fish. Its bar "L'Indigo" for refreshing tropical fruits cocktails with or without alcohol.
Sports and Wellness :
The signature of Hotel Guanahani is the magnificence of one of its large pools, with built-in Jacuzzi and two white sand beaches overlooking the coral reefs.
