- One bedroom Thai style garden view Villa with one double bedroom, living room, terrace and bathroom. Sleeps 2 adults and one child (<12) - connecting villas are available.
- One bedroom Thai style beachfront Villa located on the beach. Sleeps two adults and one child (<12).
- Two bedroom Santiburi beach Villa consists of 2 bedrooms, separated bathrooms, private living room, in-outdoor Jacuzzi and located on the beach. This largest category sleeps four adults and two children (<12).
Dining: Vimarnmek Restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, features seafood specialities. Sala Thai Restaurant, renowned as the best restaurant in southern Thailand, features royal Thai cuisine for dinner. Rim Talay Beach Bar, withterrace on beachfront for light meals and cocktails.
