The Hotel Lungarno is an elegant and recently renovated hotel with many charme and a historic 13th-century tower "Torre dei Marsili" and combines Florentine architecture with modern design and with an invaluable collection of paintings. The hotel is a jewel with high comfort and an atmosphere of individuality overlooking the Galleria degli Uffizi, the Palazzo Vecchio, the Duomo and the Florentine campaniles. The Lungarno has been famous for many years for its original Italian character and tremendous hospitality.
Accommodation features: The Hotel Lungarno boasts 73 bedrooms inclusive of 12 suites and 1 Presidential Suite. The meticulous refurbishment recently completed, has enhanced the character that made it famous over the years. The view on the Arno River and over the city is a unique experience. In the bedrooms, the guest will be surrounded by exquisite objects, antiques and original paintings. The deluxe rooms and suites have view of the River Arno, some with private balcony. All rooms and suites are individually decorated and equipped with marble bathrooms, hairdryer, heated towel rack, air conditioning, satellite TV, radio, direct-dual telephone, minibar and safe.
- The Single Rooms, overlooking Borgo San Jacopo (street view), are equipped with a single bed. The marble bathroom has only shower. Maximum occupany 1 person, no rollaway.
- The Standard Rooms, with view of Borgo San Jacopo (street view) are equipped with double bed or twin beds on request. Maximum occupancy 2 persons, no rollaways.
- The Superior Room are equipped with two twin beds or standard double bed and marble bathroom. They have view of Borgo San Jacopo (street view). Maximum occuppancy 2 persons.
- The Deluxe Room are equipped with two twin beds or standard double bed overlooking the Arno. Marble bathroom has bath tub and shower. Some of the rooms have balcony. Maximum occuppancy 2 persons.
- The spacious Junior Suites are equipped with queen bed or standard double bed, sitting area and large marble bathroom overlooking the the Arno and Borgo San Jacopo. Maximum occupancy 2 persons.
- The Duplex Suites are equipped with doublebed or twin beds on one level and single bed on a different level and they have Borgo San Jacopo street view or River Arno view. The duplex suites offer two marble bathrooms, one with bath tub, the other one with shower and a large sitting area.
- The Presitential Suite, oberlooking the river Arno, is located 150 meters from the hotel main building, in the ancient XVI century Palazzo Capponi. This suite is equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room with dining area, library, fully equipped kitchen andpatio. Daily house keeping and concierge, 24 hours reception. Personal butler and private chef on request.
Dining: In the Ristorante Lungarno you dine on fresh seafood and exquisite local cuisine whilst gazing at the city's reflected glories in the Arno's waters.

Meetings and Banquets: The three new conference and meeting rooms of the Hotel Lungarno is located in the Palazzo Capponi for conferences, seminars and events. The Palazzo Capponi is a sixteenth-century building in the throbbing heart of the ancient Florence. It is just within reach of Via Tornabuoni which boasts the most fashionable Italian maisons and a gorgeous view over the Arno river. It belonged in the past to the Capponi family. Today’s proprietors have completely restored the whole property.
