Accommodation Facilities : As the first all-butler service hotel in Malaysia, The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur offers added indulgences that significantly enhance guests’ stay. Accessible only by a specially cut elevator key, there are 219 beautifully appointed Club Rooms and 29 luxurious Suites for the comfort of guests. The heart of The Ritz-Carlton Club is the luxurious Ritz-Carlton Lounge with a dedicated team of Club Concierge to attend to all guests’ needs. Enjoy privileges such as express check-in, butler service and five food and beverage presentations daily comprising continental breakfast, mid-day snacks, afternoon tea, hors d'oeuvres and cocktails as well as chocolates and cordials. All rooms offer 24-hour in-room check-in and in-room dining, butler service, satelite and local television and radio channels, an honour bar, in-room safe, multi-line telephone with voice mail and speaker phone, personalised wake-up call service, writing desk, choice of goose down or non-allergenic foam pillows, European toiletries and daily newspaper. Max.occupancy for all rooms is three guests. Children up to 18 yrs stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
Situated on the 20th Floor, the two-storey duplex penthouse »Ritz-Carlton Suite« measures 244 square metres and has two bathrooms, a lounge, pantry, dining area, luxurious bedroom and spacious living area.
