The Park Hotel Weggis is situated direcly at the Lake Lucerne, opposite Lucerne, in a 2,2 hectare private garden and only one kilometer away from the centre of the village Weggis.
The hotel hasd in 1875 as Hotel Bellevue. During the winter mounths between the building was completely renovated. Gault-Millau chose it at Hotel of the year 2001. The rooms and the public area are furnished with both charm and design and the Art Nouveau facade remains. The hotel is wonderfully situated with delightful view of the Lake Lucerne and the mountains. The atmosphere is extraordinary and inspiring. The wine cellar offers an extensive and imcomparable wine list with approximately 1,600 entries. Well-knows classics, many cult wines and the rarest "Parker-Lieblinge" are specialities of the hotel.
